June 4–7. NZ Women in Aviation—known formerly as NZ Airwomen’s 50th anniversary. At Tauranga—a long weekend of flying and friendship to celebrate our 50 years. All former members welcome. Please register your interest with Judy Costello: raynjudy@actrix.co.nz or phone: 09 292 4712.

June 9–11. Asian Business Aviation, Macau, China. Asian Business Aviation will bring together manufacturers of business jets and helicopters and suppliers from all sectors of corporate aviation with a major static display and conference and hospitality chalets. July 5–31. Global Aviation Tour. Don Hillier will be hosting a “world aviation tour” leaving New Zealand at the beginning of July with the following itinerary:

Jul 5–8: Moscow (includes city tour and Moscow Aviation Museum).

Jul 9–11: Rome (includes visit to Italian Air Force Museum).

Jul 12–14: Sightseeing (Tuscany, Monaco, Aix en Provence).

Jul 15–16: Toulouse (includes visit to Airbus factory).

Jul 17–20: Paris (includes visit to Le Bourget Aircraft Museum).

Jul 21–26: Windsor (Includes Farnborough Air Show and IWM Duxford).

Jul 27–29: Oshkosh.

The tour will include plenty of sightseeing opportunities of all kinds so that non-aviating partners will have plenty to see and do.

The price for the tour is $14,950 per person and includes accommodation and breakfast each day, and entry to aviation attractions such as museums and air shows.
