Rob has been photographing aircraft for almost 30 years and has been doing so professionally for the past decade. In addition to Pacific Wings, his exceptional images have appeared in a number of aviation publications and books around the world. Mechanically as well as artistically inclined, Rob is also an instrument-rated commercial pilot and flight instructor who believes that his affinity for aircraft and a “feeling” for flight are essential ingredients in getting the “right” shot.

Andy is a highly accomplished and creative aviation photographer who started his aviation photographic career working with fast jets in demanding low-level, high-speed ground-to-air photo shoots—something he still enjoys and specialises in. He is a private pilot and a gliding instructor with an engineering background in military aviation, having worked at RAE Farnborough. Andy’s experience in and passions for both aviation and photography—along with meticulous planning and attention to detail—produce consistently outstanding images.

Hugh is an up-and-coming young photographer and filmmaker whose abilities with a camera put those of many “established” aviation photographers to shame. He has a photographic mind that thinks outside the square, and the ability to “see” an image before he presses his shutter button. For Hugh, bad weather, night-time and poor light are creative opportunities rather than reasons to pack up and go home. Pacific Wings is delighted to have Hugh as a contributing photographer.
